- Crash logs provided by Apple
We do not collect device fingerprinting, contacts, health data, or advertising identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We only use your data to:
- Provide core features: Records, Badges, Map markers
- Store data locally on your device
- Enable cloud backup (optional)
- Improve app performance
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling.
3. Data Storage & Security
3.1 Local Storage
All your records are stored locally on your device in a secure way.
3.2 Cloud Backup (Optional)
If you enable cloud backup:
- Backup files are encrypted before upload
- No plaintext data is stored on our servers
- Your data is isolated from other users
4. Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or exchange your personal data with third parties.
The only exceptions:
- Apple In-App Purchase system (to handle subscriptions)
- Cloud storage provider (for encrypted backup storage)
5. Location Data
Location data is used only to:
- Attach location to your records
- Generate map markers
We do not track your real-time location nor upload it to any server.
6. Children's Privacy
Litura is not intended for children under 4.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- View your data
- Delete any record
- Remove all local data
- Disable and delete cloud backups
