Welcome to Litura. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this application. By downloading or using this application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
Litura is a themed photo album app that helps you record, manage, and browse your precious personal memories. We may continuously improve features and experience through updates.
2. License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Litura for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code
- Unauthorizedly use the application to provide services, resell, or commercialize
- Attempt to bypass or disable any security features
3. User Responsibilities
When using this application, you agree to:
- You are fully responsible for content created, uploaded, backed up, or shared in the application
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, inappropriate, or offensive content
- Do not use the application for any illegal activities
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and related policies
- Ensure that uploaded or created content does not infringe third-party rights
If you violate the above responsibilities, you may be suspended or terminated from using the service.
4. User Data, Backup and Risk Statement
Litura will make every effort to protect your data security, but we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost. You understand and agree that:
- Data in the application (including photos, records, tags, backups, etc.) may be damaged, experience delayed synchronization, fail to upload successfully, or be accidentally lost due to technical reasons
- Data storage relies on third-party services (e.g., iCloud, device local storage, cloud services, etc.), and we cannot guarantee their continued availability
- Even if the application provides backup functionality, we cannot guarantee that backups will always succeed or be recoverable under all circumstances
- Device loss, reset, damage, or improper operation may result in data being unrecoverable
By using this application, you voluntarily assume the risk of data loss due to technical issues.
5. Intellectual Property
The application and its design, interface, images, logos, and content belong to us or respective rights holders and are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws.
Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of this application.
6. Disclaimer
You understand and agree that:
- This application is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted on all devices and systems
- We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to: data loss, account issues, service interruptions, device failures
- Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., Apple, cloud service providers) are beyond our control
Some jurisdictions may not allow exclusion of certain liabilities, and the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
7. Service Changes and Updates
We may update, modify, or temporarily/permanently interrupt certain features of the application as needed. For significant changes affecting user experience, we will notify in advance through in-app notifications or other means.
8. Termination
If you violate these Terms, or we deem it necessary to protect users, systems, or legal requirements, we have the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the application
- Delete part or all of your data (within legal scope)
You may also stop using this application at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for using Litura (if no payment was made, it shall be considered $0).
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, you agree to:
- First resolve through friendly negotiation
- If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved according to applicable law
